Sarah is a part-time instructor for the Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies program. She is a change management professional with a passion for social justice, equity and inclusion, a commitment to lifelong learning, and a drive to integrate theory and real-world practice. Sarah holds a PhD in Administrative and Policy Studies from the University of Pittsburgh School of Education, where her studies focused on postsecondary workforce development and organizational change. Additional research interests include the performativity of gender and sexuality, intersectional approaches to economic opportunity and inclusion, transformational leadership, and disruptive innovation.
